Mayonnaise or plancton alioli
Add plancton to an egg and oil emulsion to obtain a sauce with a flavour of the sea and with all the properties of plancton.
Preparation time: 35 min.
- 175 ml sunflower oil
- 2 c.c. Plancton cream
- 1 egg
- ½ lemon
Step by step preparation
- Put the egg in a beater glass, add a splash of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of Plancton Cream, a pinch of salt and oil.
- We introduce the blender arm to the bottom and grind without raising the blender until the mixture emulsifies.
- When it begins to emulsify, we move it up and down gently. Plancton mayonnaise is ready.
If we want to make aioli we only have to add half a clove of garlic to the rest of the ingredients of the mayonnaise and follow the same steps.
